Ceremony of the Presentation of Credentials to the President of Singapore

On November 25, 2025, newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Singapore (with residence in New Delhi) - Mr. Lukmon Bobokalonzoda, presented his credentials to the President of Singapore His Excellency Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam.

During the ceremony, Ambassador conveyed the greetings and best wishes of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, to the President of the Republic of Singapore.

The President of Singapore congratulated the Ambassador on the commencement of his mission, wished him every success in fulfilling his duties, and shared his views on enhancing mutually beneficial bilateral and multilateral cooperation in the different areas between the governments and peoples of both countries.

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Singapore were established on 8 December 1995.
